Return and refund policy
RETURNS
Our standard return policy is 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. If more than 30 days have elapsed since delivery, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. There must be an obvious defect. We also accept returns if the size does not fit.
Perishable products such as gift vouchers and products on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
Before returning the product, you must contact us by e-mail: contact@dolamex.com.
In your e-mail, you must indicate that you wish to return the product. You must also indicate your order number so that we can find it quickly.
Once you have contacted us, we will reply within 24 hours and give you all the information you need to return the product.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
In certain situations, only a partial refund will be made: (if applicable).
- Orders returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Finally, sale items (where applicable) and gift vouchers are also non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are offered as part of an exclusive 50% off campaign.
Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned order. We will also inform you of the refund.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time before your refund is officially released. If you have not received your refund within two weeks, please contact us at contact@dolamex.com.
