I've just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Please allow one to two working days after processing and production for your order to be dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge. You can cancel your order within 24 hours for the cancellation to take effect. Simply send us an e-mail with the subject “CANCELLATION” to our e-mail address: contact@dolamex.com.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order confirmation e-mail may have landed in your spam folder.

If, after checking, you can't find the confirmation e-mail with your order number, please contact us with the subject “My order number”.

Can I change my order address?

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. Please note that once your order has been processed and shipped (24 hours after it has been placed), we will no longer be able to make any changes.

Do you have a physical store where I can see the products?

Unfortunately, we don't yet have a physical store. For the time being, we only have an online store.

Where can I find my order number to track my order?

We provide a tracking number for each order once the product has left our warehouse. The tracking number is available as soon as the order is shipped.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time is 6 to 12 working days after your order has left our warehouse. Due to uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, public holidays, weather conditions, etc.), delivery may be delayed.

My product arrived damaged

If this happens to you, please contact us indicating : - Your order number. - A photo or video of the damaged product.

Where will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered directly to your home, without any intermediary. If the delivery address is incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
